With our interactive designer you can customise your items online in a few easy steps.
1. Pick a design or pick 'plain' to start from a blank canvas
2. Select your colours, there are drop down menus for each part of the design
3. Add a texture if required
4. Add any artwork and/or text elements
5. If you have a complete design ready to upload, you can place it on our downloadable template and upload in the 'upload design' tab
6. Choose your size and quantity 7. Add your one of a kind item to cart

Our cushions come in the below shapes and sizes, you can chose your size and quanties in the order tab of our designer module, where the price tiers are displayed.

Rectangle - 50cm x 30cm
Bolster - 70cm x 20cm

Artwork guidelines
The dimensions of your image are crucial to the quality of your finished item. The smaller the dimensions of the image, the less resolution and quality you will get out of the final design.
Our file guidelines:
For best results vector graphics or hi-res raster images are preferred.
- PDF, AI, JPG or PNG
- Max file size 10mb
- at least 150 DPI
- at least 1000px along the smallest edge.
PNG VS JPG
PNG = can have transparent backgrounds JPG = can't have transparent backgrounds

Shipping & Returns
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Orders take 10 business days to manufacture and the manufacturing of your order will start the following Monday after the order is placed.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Your order will be ready to dispatch within 15 business days from the date the order is placed. The carrier will be Australia post and delivery is normally within 3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within Australia.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for faulty products only. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
